We use server from gumroad.com for licence validation.

Unable to reach the activation server error” can happen due to

1. Your antivirus or firewall is blocking Photoshop from connecting to the gurmoad.com server for license validation. Solution – Disabling your firewall while you activate it should fix the issue.
2. Gumroad.com is not accessible from IP addresses in certain countries, such as China & Iran.
   Solution – Using a VPN and changing your ip address to another country should help you fix the issue Let me know if this fixes the issue.
