Installation Troubleshooting

Pre-Requisite for Bulk Mockup installation

You need Adobe Photoshop CC2022 or CC2023 to install and use latest version Bulk Mockup.

1. Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document.

Solution –

The bulk mockup installation file is an ccx file that has to be installed using Adobe Creative Cloud App.

First troubleshooting would be to start adobe creative cloud app and then double click on the “bulkmockup_PS_V3-0-2 2.ccx” file.

Alternatively you can also drag and drop the “bulkmockup_PS_V3-0-2 2.ccx” file on adobe creative cloud app.

2. I do not have adobe creative cloud app ? How do I install without creative cloud?

Solution –

Follow the below video for manual installation of Bulk Mockup.

Location –

For windows –** \Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Plug-ins
**
For mac –** /Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2023/Plug-ins/**

3. Installation successful but the plugin dialog is blank.

Solution –

This happens when your photoshop is not updated. To fix the issue, kindly update your photoshop via your adobe creative cloud app.
