Start Generating button does not respond to clicks

Bulk Mockup is not working. When I click on the start generating button, nothing happens. It was working fine until yesterday #

This could happen due to incompatible files – Check the two folders, PSD template folder & Design File Folder and see if there are any unsupported files, in them. If so remove them and add supported file formats.
Another reason it could happen is that you may have changed the location of the files or may have changed something at those folder locations, like changing the folder name.
In such a case, click on the three dot icons and re-assign the folder location on the Bulk Mockup fields
